STUDENTS

NAPLAN ONLINE 2021 – WEEK 4

Years 7 and 9 students will be undertaking NAPLAN testing online during Week 4 of this term. Our testing period will run from Tuesday 11 May to Friday 14 May. Year 7 students will complete the tests in Period 1 each day and Year 9 Students in Period 3 each day.  All students require a set of earphones. Please note Bluetooth headphones or earbuds are not compatible with the online testing platform.

I encourage parents and caregivers to visit https://www.nap.edu.au/ for key information pertaining to NAPLAN 2021. Student are invited to use the public demonstration tests to familiarise themselves with the type of questions and related functionalities available in the NAPLAN Online assessment. https://www.nap.edu.au/online-assessment/public-demonstration-site

Students will be provided with more details closer to the testing period. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Ms Karen Lester, Assistant Principal: Students (Middle School).

CURRICULUM

Every day matters and every lesson matters.  Students who miss classes, miss out on learning opportunities.  Even though work can be made available electronically, it is no substitute for the classroom environment.  There are some sobering calculations on this poster.
