COLLEGE PHOTO MAKE UP DAY
Thursday 6 February
Students and staff who missed their School photos last Friday will have their photo taken on the morning of Thursday 6 February, in the Mercy Centre Restaurant starting from 8am. All students received an email advising of them of their times. It's important that all students' photos are taken. This is the last opportunity offered by the School so I encourage all students who haven't had their photo take to come at their designated time. A call over will be made for each year level. If students miss this opportunity, parents will need to follow this up directly with MSP Photography. Thank you for your assistance with this.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT & FORMATION
We are delighted to welcome new teaching staff to our TCC team for 2025: Steve Moody, Mike Harald, Abbi Johnson, Mrs Maree Johnston, Mitchell Forbes and Trudy Landsberg. Their expertise and passion will further strengthen our teaching team and enrich our learning community. We are also warmly welcome back Nelly Collins, Angie Holmes, Corey Redsell, Grace Griffin and Veronica Walters. May this year be one of growth, collaboration and fulfillment for all.
This week, Years 7 – 10 students completed PAT testing, which helps teachers identify strengths and areas for growth in Maths and Reading. Well done to all students for their efforts. Results will be included in Semester 1 and 2 report cards, with further testing in Term 4 to track academic progress.
Looking ahead: Students in Years 7 and 9 will sit NAPLAN on 12th, 13th, 14th and 17th March 2025. This assessment measures essential literacy and numeracy skills as students progress through their schooling.
