ACER PAT TESTING
Dear Parents,
My name is Mrs Renee Williams and I am delighted to join the College Leadership team as Assistant Principal: Staff Development and Formation. I am passionate about teaching and learning and as part of my role I will be responsible for the ACER PAT testing of students.
Every year, students in Years 7-10 complete ACER’s PAT-Mathematics and PAT-Reading test in Term 1 and Term 4. These tests are evidence-based, and content is drawn from the Australian Curriculum.
Early testing in Term 1 allows teachers to know students’ understanding and skills quickly and plan accordingly. Term 4 testing results can highlight patterns and identify growth.
Testing will occur next Monday and Tuesday. I invite you to visit the link to see the schedule and to find out more.
If you have any enquiries please email Renee.Williams@tccr.com.au
Kind regards,
Mrs Renee Williams - Assistant Principal: Staff Development and Formation
