COLLEGE EQUIPMENT RETURNS SCHEDULE
Dear Parents/Carers,
As is our process each year, College textbooks and laptops are required to be returned. Please refer to the below schedule to see when your son/daughter is to hand their equipment back.
Part of the returns process for laptops is that they are inspected for any damage or breakages. As per the Code of Conduct, signed by yourself and your child, and outlined at our information evenings, charges for damages may be incurred.
Should your son/daughter’s laptop be required to be repaired, you will receive an email from our IT Manager containing images of the damage, outlining the standard cost for Accidental Damage Policy (ADP) repair, and payment instructions.
Please also note, if their current laptop bag is deemed to no longer be capable of protecting the laptop, a new laptop bag will be required before the student can collect their laptop next year. Laptop bags can be purchased through the Finance Department.
Thank you in advance for you support and understanding in regard to this process. If you have any concerns, please contact Mr Gabriel or myself.

2025 COLLEGE PHOTOS
Dear Parents/Care givers,
This week, all students should have received an envelope from MSP Photography in relation to ordering the 2025 College Photos. Students who didn't receive their envelopes can collect it from the Student Counter.
College Photos will take place during the first week back on Friday 31 January, with a catch-up session on Thursday 6 February. To ensure you don’t miss out on securing your photos, carefully follow the payment instructions on the envelope. Contact MSP Photography directly if you misplace or lose your envelope - 49213355 or www.msp.com.au.
College Photos are an important aspect each year, not only for the students and families, but also for the College. They are a representation of our corporate image, and as such, students are asked to be well presented on this day. Could you please assist us by ensuring your son/daughter is prepared for the photos, meeting our high expectations relating to hair, jewelry, and make-up. Students who do not meet these expectations on the day, may be asked to return for the catch-up session the following week.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support.
