NEW COLLEGE APP
Dear Parents,
Thank you for your patience while a new College App has been developed and tested. The Parent Orbit App is close to launching and you will receive an email within a week on how to download and install it. The App is connected to Parent Lounge and offers many features at your finger tips to help you organise and support your child's education at the College. We encourage you to download it and explore what it offers as it will elevate our communication with each other. We're thankful to the Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton who have developed the App in conjunction with TASS and the College.
TCC EASTER RAFFLE
The College will be holding our annual Easter Raffle to raise funds for Project Compassion. You're invited to contribute prizes to this much anticipated event. Donations of chocolates and easter eggs can be left at Student Counter or the College office. Tickets will be on sale soon and can be purchased at school. The Raffle will be drawn on Wednesday of Week 10. Thank you for your support.
NON STATE SCHOOLS TRANSPORT ASSISTANCE SCHEME
The Non State Schools Transport Assistance Scheme (NSSTAS), funded by the State Government and administered by the Queensland Catholic Education Commission (QCEC), provides financial assistance to families transporting children to non-state schools in Queensland.
Below is an important message for parents and care givers regarding this scheme.

CURRICULUM
Parent/Teacher Interviews – Monday 15 April 2024
Dear Parents.
You're welcome to book your Parent Teacher interviews on Monday 15 April, 2024. This is available through Parent Lounge.
Year 12 – Change to Assessment Schedule
After consultation with students and staff, we have decided to add a 2-day Exam Block to Term 1. This has been done to give students further opportunities to get the best marks possible on their internal assessments.
Friday 22 March (Week 9) and Monday 25 March (Week 10) will now be an Exam Block. There will be one exam on each of these days (Mathematical Methods and Specialist Mathematics). The benefit is that students studying MM and SM will not miss classes due to their exam and it will also give students extra time to finalise assessments.
Please download the updated schedule. Students have been emailed a copy of the schedule.
