END OF TERM
Wednesday 21 June is the last day of classes for Term 2 for Year 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12.
Year 10 students commence work experience/holidays upon completing their final exam.
Students in Year 7-9 are encouraged to participate in the Middle School Retreat on Thursday 22 June.
We hope everyone enjoys their holidays and we look forward to welcoming all students back for Term 3 on Monday 10 July.
COMMUNITY OF FAITH
This weekend we will celebrate a TCC/Parish Mass at 6pm Saturday at St Joseph’s Cathedral. We would love to see many of community gather as one of our students, Layne Hodgetts, is Confirmed and receives First Eucharist.
On this Eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time, the Gospel reading speaks to us about Jesus calling forth the twelve apostles, and then sending them out to give others the gift of faith which has been given to them. They are called to not only proclaim the gospel, but also perform good works that demonstrate what they preach. We are also called to be the healing touch of Christ in our world through our embrace of those in need. This is something we encourage all of our students to do, and so many do reach out with compassion to those in need both within our college and in the wider community.

RYAN HOUSE HIGH TEA
As part of Catholic Education Week celebrations, Ryan House will be hosting a High Tea, in support of Mercy Works, on Saturday 29 July 2023, commencing at 2pm in the Mercy Centre here at TCC. Spend a perfect afternoon with your family and friends enjoying the entertainment including a multi-draw raffle whilst being served a delectable High Tea by the students of Ryan House. Mercy Works is the Ministry of Sisters of Mercy of Australia and Papua New Guinea and at TCC we’re blessed to inherit their life-giving charism. Ryan House is named in honour of Sr Andrina Ryan who was the last Sister of Mercy, Principal of The Range College and who passed away in 2020 after a life of service to Catholic Education, and Catholic Health and Aged Care.
