COMMUNITY OF FAITH
The St Vincent de Paul Society would like to thank the students, staff and families of The Cathedral College who donated food, gift cards and money to their Christmas Hamper Appeal. Your generosity meant that Vinnies in Rockhampton was able to provide over 150 Christmas hampers last year. This helped to provide food for over 320 people. There were 230 children who received food and gifts through these hampers, so you made an enormous difference to their Christmas. You truly were Christ for these families.
St Vincent de Paul wrote, “Go to the poor: you will find God.” If you would like to know more about Vinnies and the way Vincentians and their volunteers continue to support people throughout the year, please click the link below.

YEAR 7 NEWS
Dear Parents,
Our new Year 7 students are off to a flying start here at the College transitioning smoothly to high school life. I would like to thank you for your support working together with us to to lay down solid foundations to learn and grow here at TCC. We have been impressed with how prepared the students are, meeting high uniform and grooming expectations and particularly in the care and concern they are showing each other. It is very heartening to see students caring for others welcoming new friends into their circles at lunch time. We are also very grateful to our older students who have been helpful in guiding and making our new Year 7 students feel at home.
